Need a clean overview of your recipes? Whether you're printing for kitchen use or analyzing quantities for procurement, exporting recipe sheets on Menutech is quick and flexible. Here's how it works:

You can export recipe sheets in PDF or Excel format—just pick what suits your workflow best.


📋 From the Recipe Management Screen

Want to export an individual recipe?

Go to the Recipe Management screen. You can:

  • Use the default order quantities
  • Or adjust the quantities before exporting

Perfect if you need to print or send a single recipe with custom serving sizes.


📦 Export All Recipes in a Menu

To download all recipe sheets linked to a specific menu:

  1. Open the menu
  2. Go to step 4. Review
  3. Click Export Recipe Sheets

This gives you a full pack of recipes used in that menu, ready to share or print.


🛒 Optional: Need Purchase Quantities ?

This automated report requires the Procurement Management and Order-Taking modules.

If you're looking for ingredient totals instead of step-by-step recipes, use the Procurement Report:

  • Also found on step 4. Review of a menu
  • Requires the Procurement Management and Order-Taking modules
  • Quantities are automatically adjusted based on selected servings

This report is ideal for kitchen planning and supplier ordering.
