Styling a menu from scratch
In addition to our gallery of public styles, which allow you to customise your menu quickly and easily, Menutech offers you the possibility of making more extensive manual changes to create a unique and inimitable style that you can apply to all your menus.

Change fonts and text colours 🎨
Change the colours and fonts of your menu to reflect your corporate image.
To do this, go to the Style screen, click on Text and colours > Font settings. Here you can choose the font that you like, as well as your corporate colours.
You can also change the weight, size and height of your text and... your menu will be ready in no time!
Add multiple columns to your menu 📐
Multi-column menus are ideal for creating beverage lists or menus with short dishes and descriptions (e.g. sandwiches, burgers, snacks, etc.). Read our article on how to create a multi-column menu.

Adjust the menu alignment 📏
Change the position of your text, headings, sections and food labels as needed. Here's how to do it:
Set text indents ➡️
Add indents between the text and the sections to make your menu clearer. Here's how to do it:
Show or hide the information about your products 👁️
With Menutechyou can show or hide certain information on and from your menus. For example, you can show the logo of your business, the date of the menu, page numbers and the numbering of dishes, product images and descriptions, the prices of each item or of the complete menu, as well as nutritional information (nutritional values, product origins, vintages, etc.).

Customise your legend and food labels 🦐
Use our elegant icons to declare food allergens and to label food for different dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, low-calorie dishes, etc.).

Add some decorators ⭐
Add some graphic elements to improve the appearance of your menu. With Menutech you can, for example, add a background colour to your text, add some divider lines, and customise the highlighted items (e.g. dishes, section descriptions, endtext).
Highlighted items draw the customer's attention to a specific point on the menu, whether it be a dish, a description, or important information at the end of the menu (opening hours, phone numbers, etc.). To customise the highlighted items, you can frame the text, apply a background colour, or put the text in bold. Here is an example:

Manage your menu settings 📝
Go to the Print tab on the right-hand sidebar and click on Paper. Here you can change the paper dimensions (A4, A3, A5, or custom dimensions) and paper margins, and set the height of the header and footer.

Add a background or a cover image 🍇
Upload a custom image to use as coverpage or menu background. To learn more, read our article on how to add custom backgrounds to your menu.
Change the spacing between menu items ✏️
Add some white spaces to increase the clarity and readability of your menu. You can change the spacing between your text, titles, sections and descriptions as follows: go to the Print tab in the right-hand sidebar, click on Spacing for print > Text Spacing. Your menu is ready to be printed!
Manage the print settings 🖨️
With Menutech you can choose different types of paper foldings (no fold, half-fold, brochure format, trifold or four-panel) and binding to apply to your menu. You can also add crop marks and bleeds that will allow you to determine where to cut your menu.
To choose the type folding and binding, go to the Print tab in the right-hand sidebar and click on Folding & Binding. To add marks and bleeds, click on Professional Print.
View and edit the mobile version of your menu 📱
Go to the Mobile tab in the right-hand sidebar to change the display settings of your mobile-friendly menu. From this screen you can change the spacing between items and the colour of your header and background, as well as configure collapsable sections.
