Declare allergens on a menu

On Menutech allergens can be declared in different ways:

⚡️ Automated: Allergen detection

Our syntax analysis algorithms detect the allergens contained in your dishes as you type - based only on their name, no need to manage recipes! It's as easy as typing the name of your entrée, main or dessert (here: Grilled salmon with mashed potatoes): the allergens are declared (here: fish) and can be of course edited.

For added convenience, you have the option to utilize our allergen detection tool, powered by artificial intelligence:

🤲 Semi-automated: allergen suggestion

You can copy the allergen declaration from dishes similar to those offered in your menu. Simply click on:

1. The popover (list icon) right on your dish line
2. Then, on the "See similar dishes" button

🍲 Manual: recipe management (optional module)

Would you like to manage your recipes and product sheets on Menutech?

You will become complete control over you allergen declaration when adding allergens to your recipes' ingredients, since this information will be used to do the allergen declaration on your food and beverage menus. Any change in your ingredients and/or recipes is synchronised in real time all over your Menutech database (incl. product sheets, menus and allergen tables).

This is the fastest way to keep all your allergen information always up to date for your guests, via food and beverage menus, and for your staff members (in the restaurant and in the kitchen), via recipes and product sheets.
