Going from a trial to a subscription
Have you tried our software 10 days for free and are now ready to keep the Menutech experience going?
Here is how to activate your subscription in 3 easy steps:
Choose a subscription and modules
|Click on the Settings icon on the top of your screen.|
|Click on the Billing tab of your settings screen.|
| Choose a subscription and click on Choose plan.

|Add modules or your choice.|
Choose a payment method
We offer different billing options:
- Monthly billing or Yearly billing (save up to 20% when choosing yearly billing)
- Direct debit (SEPA) payments or Debit/Credit card payments: payment details are safely transferred using a secure socket layer (SSL).
Once you have chosen your preferred billing options and payment method, click on Confirm order and proceed to payment.
Your Menutech account is now activated!

Grammar checker, express translation, font picker, menu backups and contactless menus links are immediately activated for all your menus.
✏️ Writing new menus and using new templates
Your subscription limits automatically renew themselves every month. You can keep track of the number of menus and templates you used directly on your Dashboard.
📳 Email and Phone support
In addition to our help centre and live chat, email and phone support is provided to all our customers from Monday to Friday (9AM - 6PM). Weekend support is offered for Subscriptions S and above.
What is the minimum length of a subscription?
For monthly payments, the minimum term is one month, after which the account can be cancelled anytime. For yearly payments, the minimum term is one year.
Is my VAT ID valid for 0% VAT ?
When you enter your VAT ID on Menutech, a message will inform you within seconds whether your VAT ID is eligible for Reserve Charge.
If you are interested in checking it by yourself, we recommend you use the European Commission VIES VAT number validation online tool.
