Menutech provides a diverse range of paper formats and printing options to suit various menu design needs. This guide outlines the available paper sizes, including standard formats and custom dimension options, along with details on margin settings, folding choices, and binding considerations.



📜Paper Formats📜


To select a paper format for your menu, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Your Menu : Access your menu and proceed to the style screen.

  • Locate the Print Tab: On the right-hand side of the style screen, find and click on the "Print" tab.

  • Choose Paper Formats: Inside the "Print" tab, select ''Paper'' and then ''Paper Dimensions'', there you will find a range of available paper formats tailored to your menu needs.


Menutech supports the following standard paper formats:

  • A3: 297 x 420 mm
  • A3 Landscape: 420 x 297 mm
  • A4: 210 x 297 mm
  • A4 Landscape: 297 x 210 mm
  • A5: 148 x 210 mm
  • US Legal: 8.5 x 14 inches (215.9 x 355.6 mm)
  • US Legal Landscape: 14 x 8.5 inches (355.6 x 215.9 mm)

In addition to these standard formats, Menutech offers a Custom Dimension Option, allowing you to specify dimensions in millimeters (mm) tailored to your unique menu requirements.

Appropriate margin settings ensure your content is correctly positioned on the page for optimal readability and presentation.

The margin settings can be adjusted based on your preferences or specific printing needs inside ''Paper Margins''


Menutech's default margin settings are:

  • Top Margin: 15 mm
  • Bottom Margin: 15 mm
  • Left Margin: 15 mm
  • Right Margin: 15 mm



📑Folding Options📑


To enhance the versatility of your menus, Menutech provides various folding options.

You can find these settings inside ''Paper Folding''> '' Folding'' under the Print tab


  • Half Fold: Folds the paper in half to create two panels.

  • Brochure Fold: Folds similarly to a half fold, ideal for presentations.

  • Tri-Fold: Divides the paper into three sections, suitable for brochures.

  • Four-Panel Fold: Offers four sections, providing ample space for detailed content.

Mirror Each Page: Ensures that each page in your menu is mirrored for consistency in double-sided printing and folding. This setting is customizable to meet your specific needs.

  • Extra Margin for Binding: This ensures that important content near the margins remains visible and intact after binding.
