Your personal data is treated by Menutech in full compliance with the GDPR Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. Below you'll find resources related to our Privacy Policy and specific data protection laws:

📥 Data storage

Menutech is hosted with PythonAnywhere and FastComet, using data centres hosted in Amsterdam and Frankfurt. When you are using our medical data integration feature, all medical data is stored in secure and certified data storage providers located in the European Union. Your data is securely encrypted in transit and at rest.

➡️ Transfer of data

You own and control all content submitted on your Menutech account. Account beholders must contact Menutech and apply to export content created from their account and the content created by accesses linked to the account. Below you will find more information on our data export tools:

🗑 Deleting your account

When deleting your account, all your data will stay online for 7 days in case you change your mind. After that period, all information will be permanently deleted from our database. If you're not the account beholder, you won't see the option to delete your access. You will need to contact the account's contact person for help
